Choose Your Booth Size

15' x 15' Vendor Booth — $300

A great option for smaller displays, merchandise booths, and brands looking for an impactful presence without needing a large footprint.

Includes:

• 15' x 15' vendor space for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  
• 2 staff tickets at no extra cost

15' x 30' Vendor Booth — $500

Our larger booth option provides additional room for expanded displays, customer interaction, and larger brand activations.

Includes:

• 15' x 30' vendor space for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  
• 4 staff tickets at no extra cost

Booth Car

Showcase your vehicle, demo car, or featured build alongside your booth. Please note that booth vehicle passes are for display purposes only. If you plan to participate in Drifting or Track Attack, a separate event ticket must be purchased.

15' x 15' booths include 2 staff tickets by default.
15' x 30' booths include 4 staff tickets by default.

Vendor Information

All vendor spaces include access for the entire festival weekend. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and other necessary materials unless otherwise arranged.
